Airfare Service (airfareservice.com) is operated by Oceanic Travel LLC, 408 E Broadway, Long Beach, CA 90802, USA.

What we collect

We don't require accounts and we don't ask for your name, email or payment details to use any tool on this site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) for security and capacity purposes; these are retained for a limited period and not used to build profiles.

Searches you run

When you check a flight, route, fare or entry requirement, the parameters you enter (for example a flight number, airport codes, or a nationality and destination) are sent to the third-party provider that supplies that data — AeroDataBox or aviationstack for flight status, Travelpayouts/Aviasales for fares, Sherpa for entry requirements. We pass only what's needed to answer the query. We do not store these searches beyond short-lived caching used to serve repeated requests faster.

Third-party content

Maps are served by OpenStreetMap; fonts by Google Fonts; the Sherpa widget, where enabled, loads from Sherpa's servers. Each of these sees your IP address when the resource loads and is governed by its own privacy policy. News headlines link to external publishers.

Cookies and analytics

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers. We do take part in the Travelpayouts affiliate programme: a small script on each page tags links to partner travel sites (airlines, Aviasales and similar) with our partner ID, and the partner may set a cookie on their own site so that a booking you make there is credited to us. This doesn't change the price you pay and tells us nothing about you individually. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first and any consent required by law will be requested.

Your rights

Residents of California, the EU/UK and other jurisdictions with privacy laws may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data. Since we hold almost none, the usual answer is that there's nothing to delete — but write to privacy@airfareservice.com and we'll confirm.
